TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions apply to your TONI&GUY Voucher. Use of your TONI&GUY voucher will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read them carefully.

OBTAINING YOUR TONI&GUY VOUCHER
You can obtain a TONI&GUY Voucher free of charge at any participating TONI&GUY Ireland salons.

USING A TONI&GUY VOUCHER
You can use a TONI&GUY voucher at any participating TONI&GUY Salon in the Republic of Ireland ONLY. Vouchers can be used in salons to purchase hair services, treatments and associated hair products. It cannot be used outside this limited network.

EXPIRY
Your TONI&GUY Vouchers will expire Five years from the date of issue.

LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE
You should treat your TONI&GUY Voucher like cash in a wallet. If you lose your TONI&GUY Card or if it is stolen you may lose any value which is stored on it in the same way as if you lost your wallet.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Complaints regarding any element of the service provided by TONI&GUY should be sent in writing or by email to TONI&GUY Customer Services at TONI&GUY Head Office, 44 Clarendon Street, Dublin 2 or headoffice@toniandguy.ie .

All complaints will be subject to the TONI&GUY Complaints Procedure, which will be provided to you on your request.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
If you register your TONI&GUY Voucher on the TONI&GUY website you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name, address and contact details. TONI&GUY Ireland is committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction.

LIABILITY
TONI&GUY Ireland shall not be liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions or warranties implied by law, statute or otherwise are expressly excluded.

VARIATION
TONI&GUY Ireland reserves the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the TONI&GUY Voucher program on reasonable notice. The Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of a TONI&GUY Voucher shall at any time be the terms and conditions published on the TONI&GUY website (www.toniandguy.ie).
